Roma to Montepulciano & Pienza day trip (Vineyard wine tasting)

A roughly two-hour drive north of Rome takes us to Tuscany, considered one of the most beautiful natural areas in the world and protected by UNESCO as a world heritage site.
We will have the chance to visit Pienza and for this reason totally unique.
This charming Tuscan town is recognized by UNESCO as a world famous cultural and natural patrimony.
Pienza is also famous for its delicious sheepsmilk cheese, Pecorino, the smell of which pervades the town.

We will continue our day, driving through the wonderful landscape of Val D’Orcia and of course see the town of Montepulciano, a medieval town in the hills of Tuscany. Surrounded by vineyards, it is known for its red Nobile wine.
We will visit a vineyard in the surroundings of the town where you can make a view of the winery of the farm and obviously make a tasting of the famous Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
